Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MotMatch.
• You may use an anonymous guest session or a supported Google account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Service Scope

• MotMatch is a digital language-learning game; availability and content may change.
• Purchases unlock digital-only currency, voice packs, or subscription benefits.
• No physical goods, shipping, or guaranteed educational outcome are included.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Google Play handles Android billing; Stripe handles supported web checkout.
• Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown by the payment provider.
• Google Play subscriptions continue until canceled in Google Play. Deleting a MotMatch account does not cancel or refund a subscription.
• Refunds are governed by applicable law and the payment provider's policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, automate attacks against, or fraudulently exploit the service.
• Do not attempt to duplicate purchases, rewards, or entitlements.
• We may restrict access needed to protect users, providers, or the service from abuse.

Availability and Liability

MotMatch is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of every feature. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
