What to Include
Describe what happened, the app platform and version, and the approximate time. For a purchase issue, include the product and Google Play or Stripe order reference. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, access tokens, or service-account files.
- Use Restore Purchases in the Store before reporting a missing Google Play entitlement.
- Manage Android subscriptions in Google Play; deleting MotMatch does not cancel renewal.
- For account deletion, use the in-app Profile action or the public deletion instructions.
