Delete in the Android App
- Open MotMatch and go to Profile.
- Scroll to Privacy & Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the permanent-deletion warning and tap Delete Permanently.

Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your MotMatch account and associated cloud data in the Android app or by contacting support.
Request Deletion Without the App
Email [email protected] from the Google account used with MotMatch, with the subject “MotMatch Account Deletion Request.” We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership. Do not send a password or access token.
Data That Is Deleted
- MotMatch profile and authentication account
- Cloud settings, chapter progress, cards, and records
- Cookies, coffee, inventory, rewards, voice-pack access, and entitlements
- MotMatch purchase-order and device-link records associated with the account
Limited Retention
MotMatch retains a non-identifying deletion audit and may retain narrowly required purchase, fraud, security, tax, or legal records for the period required by law or platform rules. Google Play and Stripe maintain their own transaction records under their policies.
Subscriptions and Refunds
Account deletion is permanent but does not cancel or refund a Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions in Google Play before deletion if you do not want future renewal. Refund requests remain subject to Google Play, Stripe, and applicable-law rules.
Timing
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the service is available. Verified email requests are processed within the period required by applicable law. We will contact you if verification or a legal retention exception is needed.
