Information We Collect

• Account identifiers, guest IDs, and Google account details such as email when you sign in.
• Cloud gameplay data including settings, progress, cards, records, language choices, cookies, coffee, and owned voice packs.
• Purchase and subscription identifiers, product, status, and entitlement records needed to fulfill, restore, refund, and prevent duplicate grants.
• App version, platform, device install identifiers, and operational request data used for security and troubleshooting.
• Messages and attachments you choose to send to support.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate accounts and provide guest play, Google login, cloud save, and cross-device restoration.
• Run chapters, preserve progress, provide purchased content, and restore eligible entitlements.
• Process refunds and revocations, prevent duplicate rewards, investigate abuse, and secure the service.
• Answer support requests and diagnose reliability issues.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.

Service Providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, and server functions. Google provides Android sign-in, Google Play distribution, and Google Play Billing. Stripe processes web purchases. These providers receive only the information needed to deliver their services under their own privacy terms. MotMatch does not sell personal information.

Ads and Sharing

The initial Android release does not include advertising or request an advertising ID. Sharing a newly unlocked card opens the Android system share chooser. MotMatch does not grant a reward for sharing and does not add account or personal information to the image.

Retention and Deletion

Game and account data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete it from Profile in the Android app or follow the steps on the account deletion page. Deletion removes the MotMatch account, cloud progress, wallet, cards, voice-pack access, and entitlements. We retain only a non-identifying deletion audit and narrowly required purchase, fraud, security, tax, or legal records for the period required by law or platform rules. Google Play and Stripe may retain their own transaction records. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Security and International Use

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and Android Keystore-backed session storage. No service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed where MotMatch and its providers operate, including outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards.

Age Scope

MotMatch is intended for people age 13 and older. The Android app asks for a neutral age range before starting cloud services. It stores only that range on the device and does not ask for or store a birth date. Players age 13-17 use anonymous guest play without Google login or paid Store access; adults may use those features. Players under 13 cannot continue. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
